By Choux tries to ensure the fastest possible delivery. In the section below (Delivery time) we try to give an indication of our delivery times. However, these timescales are indicative and are given purely as a guide. By Choux cannot be held responsible for delays incurred, beyond our control.

The Buyer shall provide By Choux with the delivery address. If this address is found to be incorrect, this is the responsibility of the Buyer and additional charges may apply.

When the order has left our premises correctly, but gets lost at the shipping partner (Bpost), By Choux cannot be held responsible for this.

Delivery time

For Belgium: as soon as we have received your payment, your package will be prepared for shipment. Within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your payment, we will send your package through the Post. The package will be placed in your mailbox by the letter carrier, normally within 24 hours after shipment. You do not need to be at home to receive it. Please note that personalized jewelry has a different delivery time.  

For the Netherlands: as soon as we have received your payment, your package will be prepared for shipment. Within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of your payment we will send your package, using Bpost. The parcel will be delivered to your home by the Post within 3 working days. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a written notification in your mailbox and you can collect your package yourself at the post office.

Rest of Europe: as soon as we have received your payment, your package is prepared for shipment. Within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of your payment we will send your package, with the help of Bpost. The package will be delivered to your home within 6 working days. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a written notification in your mailbox and you can pick up your package at the post office. If you wish, you can of course always enter your work address or the address of a neighbor or friend.

By Choux cannot be held responsible for delays incurred during shipment by Bpost. In accordance with the law "buying at a distance", the maximum delivery period is thirty days, unless agreed otherwise. If this delivery period is not feasible, By Choux must notify the Buyer in good time and the Buyer has the right to cancel the order, at no additional cost. Any amounts already paid will in that case be refunded within thirty days.
